Vesuvio catches the consumer’s attention for its intense red colour and for its typical small-long sepals. It has a floury taste and it is a long shelf life product. Its name comes from the old name “Vesuviano” and it reveals its typical Mediterranean origin.
It is a small and oblong kind of tomato, appreciated for its high sugar content that makes it exclusive. It’s a product harvested by hand at its right ripe grade, it’s cultivated by following the “integrated pest control”, selected fruit by fruit and calibrated.
