Gazpacho
(4 servings)
Ingredients
5-6 ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
1 little paprika
4 slices of bread
some crumbs
1 onion
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation method
Peel the cucumber and wash the tomatoes. Dice them and chop the paprika and the onion. Put everything in a bowl, add the garlic and the crumbs.
Season with a tablespoon of vinegar, one of olive oil, salt and mix. Put everything in a mixer and blend slowly to obtain an homogeneous cream.
Put the gazpacho in a bowl and add some salt. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve with four slices of toasted bread.
