Ingredients
- A mix of vegetables ( red radicchio, peppers)
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- mint, oregano
Preparation method
- Wash and slice all vegetables rather thick. Preheat a pan at high temperature and then lower the heat.
- Cook all vegetables on the preheated pan leaving onions and peppers at the end because they dirt more.
- In a saucepan pour 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, oregano, mint and a clove of garlic.
- Mix all together and pour the sauce obtained on the vegetables previously laid on a tray.
