Wash the lettuce and boil its leaves in water
for few seconds.

Strain and let it dry on a cloth.

Cleanse the vegetables: cut the carrots and the leeks
into round pieces and the potatoes into slices.

Oil a baking tin, make a layer of carrots, one of potatoes
and one of leeks; season with salt and a mix of rosemary

Cover with lettuce leaves, pour a cup of stock and bake at
160° C for 45 minutes. Serve hot.

We suggest a good white wine: “Fiano di Avellino” or a “White
Pinot”
