Appetizing salad	(4 servings)

• 200 g baby leaf lettuce
• 500 g melon
• 200 g Greek Feta cheese
• 100 g pistacchio
• extra virgin olive oil, red vinegar, salt, pepper

Preparation method

• Wash and cut the baby leaf lettuce (or use the already washed one)
• Cut the melon into 2 parts removing the seeds. Then peel and dice it. Shell the pistachio and crush lightly.
• Cut the Feta cheese and mix everything together.
• Dress with salt, pepper, vinegar and extra virgin oil.
