Mix salad
(4 servings)
Ingredients
500 g green and yellow peppers
500 g tomatoes (not too ripen)
100 g black stoned olives
some capers
2 cloves of garlic
salt, balsamic vinegar
Preparation method
Wash the peppers and brown with some oil and 2 cloves of garlic.
Salt and mix until their peel becomes brown
Let them cool, remove the stem and cut into little strips.
Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Mix together peppers, tomatoes, anchovy, some capers and dark olives.
Dress with salt, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
