Fennels with orange salad
(4 servings)
Ingredients
800 g fennels
3 red oranges
white vinegar
extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation method
Clean, wash and dry the fennels
Cut them into little strips and put in a salad bowl.
Peel the oranges removing the internal seeds and add them into the bowl.
Prepare the sauce pouring in a bowl 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper and mix.
Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, emulsifying all together. Dress the fennels and the orange segments with this sauce.
