Very special green recipes | Salads

Fennels with orange salad (4 servings)

Ingredients
  • 800 g fennels
  • 3 red oranges
  • white vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper


Preparation method

  • Clean, wash and dry the fennels
  • Cut them into little strips and put in a salad bowl.
  • Peel the oranges removing the internal seeds and add them into the bowl.
  • Prepare the sauce pouring in a bowl 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper and mix.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, emulsifying all together. Dress the fennels and the orange segments with this sauce.
