Apple and rocket salad	(4 servings)

• 200 g rocket
• 2 green apples
• 1 lemon
• 50 g walnuts

Preparation method

• Clean and wash the rocket (or use the already washed one).
• Peel and slice the green apples. Grate the lemon peel and crush the walnuts finely .
• Mix everything together and dress with salt, few extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
