Ingredients
- 200 g baby leaf salad
- 3 celery ribs
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of white grapes
- 1 pot of natural yogurt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 6 mint leaves
- salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Wash and cut the baby leaf lettuce (or use the already washed one).
- Wash the cucumbers, remove the ends and slice finely, without peeling them.
- Wash, drain and slice the celery in little pieces. Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl.
- Wash and drain the bunch of grapes, peel them and add to the salad.
- Prepare a sauce mixing the natural yogurt, the extra virgin olive oil, the minced mint leaves, the grated peel of a lemon, salt and pepper.
