Mix vegetable salad	(4 servings)

• 150 g lamb's lettuce
• 150 g cooked ham
• 80 g emmenthal cheese
• ½ pickeld pepper
• extra virgin olive oil
• 1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation method

• Wash and cut the lamb's lettuce (or use the already washed one) and put it in a salad bowl.
• Add ham, cheese and the sliced pepper.
• Dress with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with the sliced hard-boiled egg.
