Penne with rocket	(4 servings)

• 350g penne
• 150g small potatoes
• 150g rocket
• 2 cloves of garlic
• red chilly pepper
• extra virgin olive oil, salt

Preparation method

• Cook the penne in hot and salt water and after 1 minutes dip the potatoes already peeled and cut into round pieces.
• After 8 minutes, add the rocket already washed and sliced. Cook for 3 minutes more.
• In a pan, brown the chopped cloves of garlic in 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and a small piece of red chilly pepper.
• Drain the pasta with vegetables and put into the hot pan. Serve warm.
