Penne with rocket
(4 servings)
Ingredients
350g penne
150g small potatoes
150g rocket
2 cloves of garlic
red chilly pepper
extra virgin olive oil, salt
Preparation method
Cook the penne in hot and salt water and after 1 minutes dip the potatoes already peeled and cut into round pieces.
After 8 minutes, add the rocket already washed and sliced. Cook for 3 minutes more.
In a pan, brown the chopped cloves of garlic in 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and a small piece of red chilly pepper.
Drain the pasta with vegetables and put into the hot pan. Serve warm.
