Pumpkin with cheese (4 servings)

Ingredients
  • 400 g pumpkin
  • 80 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 6 spoons grated Parmesan
  • 60 g stracchino cheese
  • 40 g caciotta
  • 40 g butter
  • salt, white fresh ground pepper


Preparation method

  • Slice the pumpkin removing peel and seeds and cut the pulp in little cubes.
  • Put them in a greased pyrex, add the gorgonzola, stracchino and caciotta, salt, pepper and little pieces of butter.
  • Put in oven at 170° C and cook for 40 minutes. To have a spectacular effect, keep out the internal part of a pumpkin and serve the mixture directly.
