Pumpkin with cheese
(4 servings)
Ingredients
400 g pumpkin
80 g gorgonzola cheese
6 spoons grated Parmesan
60 g stracchino cheese
40 g caciotta
40 g butter
salt, white fresh ground pepper
Preparation method
Slice the pumpkin removing peel and seeds and cut the pulp in little cubes.
Put them in a greased pyrex, add the gorgonzola, stracchino and caciotta, salt, pepper and little pieces of butter.
Put in oven at 170° C and cook for 40 minutes. To have a spectacular effect, keep out the internal part of a pumpkin and serve the mixture directly.
