Peasant-style sauce
(4 servings)
Ingredients
250g Prataiolo mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
2 ripe tomatoes
parsley
vegetable stock (1)
olive oil
Preparation method
Cleanse and cut the mushrooms. Brown in a pan with 4-5 tablespoons oil, onion and chopped parsley.
After 5-6 minutes add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
Pour in a ladle of stock. Put the lid on and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. This sauce can be served with pasta or crouton.
(1) Boil a carrot, an onion, a stem of celery and a little tomato in slightly salted water for half an hour.
