Rocket is an aromatic
plant with thin and dark green leaves.

The standard length is ranging between 10 and 13 cm.
Nutritional values:
Poor in calories, rocket has a tasty aromatic flavour; it is rich
in vitamins, iron and salts, therefore it helps diuresis and digestion.
Cooking suggestions:
Rocket is eaten preferably raw, alone or mixed with lettuce. It
is a tasty vegetable with meat ( it’s wonderful with “carpaccio”)
and with grilled fish. If boiled for few minutes it is perfect with
pasta.
