to its nourishing and diuretic functions, the aubergine helps the
reduction of fats in blood and for this reason it is very suitable
against cholesterol.
Cooking suggestions:
Aubergines can be cooked in different ways: depending upon the occasion,
they can be either a side dish or a tasty starter, conveying to
every dish a special flavour. They are the main ingredient of the
famous “Parmigiana”, but they are very appreciated even
grilled or as sauce
with pasta.
