Aubergine can be cooked in different ways: depending upon the occasion,
they can be either a side dish or a tasty starter, conveying to
every dish a special flavour.
They are the main ingredient of the famous “parmigiana”,
but they are very appreciated even grilled or as sauce with pasta.
